Amanda completed her diploma in Neuromuscular Massage Therapy from Southern Regional
Technical College in Moultrie, Georgia in July 2022. She joins us as a Licensed Massage Therapist
as well as Certified in Neuromuscular Massage Therapy.
Amanda’s background includes a Bachelor's degree in Biology, a Post Baccalaureate degree in
Medical Studies and a Masters degree in Management and Strategic Leadership.
In her early professional path Amanda worked in traditional corporate settings. In response to the
high stress and poor work life balance she found herself struggling, highly stressed, anxious and
unhealthy. This inspired her to pursue self care modalities to improve, heal and align herself. It was
through these experiences that she learned her passion for wellness and desire to help others.
Amanda changed course and pursued several educational endeavors so she would have the
necessary training to create spaces, experiences and modalities to support individuals with their self
care. Her additional training as a Certified Yoga Instructor and Certified Sound Meditation Facilitator
add to her unique background and translate to customized treatment sessions for her clients.
